Housed in a historic pavilion, it has become a central hub of the neighbourhood, basically an extension of your living room. What you can always expect here is delicious and fresh coffee all day long, and a variety of homemade cakes and sweets. At Ddadi you can taste true Mediterranean cuisine but also flavours from other parts of the world. Think Arabic breakfast or Smørrebrød, a traditional Danish open-faced sandwich.

“If you have a kitchen, you’re a cook.”

Ddadi enjoys local fame but would like to extend its fame to Instagram. This Christmas promotion was the way to boost their Instagram, with of course the ultimate goal: to create reach and welcome multiple visitors!

Time for a solution!

The customer journey was set up to create reach. A local Instagram campaign targeting look-a-like audiences around Ddadi stores was curated using Facebook. This flowed into an engagement campaign where you could give your preference for the sweet or savory box. To finish: a conversion-focused campaign for as many reservations as possible of Surprisingly Easy Boxes that could be picked up at different locations.

Color and character

The cool and exceptionally informative nature of Ddadi was an important part of the content calendar design process. The brand personality had to be translated into the right colour scheme for Ddadi’s Instagram feed. The vibrant colours of worldly dishes as well as an organic element of the concept guided design choices. Finally, we climbed the plan: with clear brand values and a manifesto with no expiration date, Ddadi can continue to proclaim its most important message online. Now and in the future.
